Deep-Learning Resources for Studying Glycan-Mediated Host-Microbe Interactions

We recently published our new paper about developing deep learning techniques to investigate glycan-mediated host-microbe relationships in Cell Host & Microbe!

If you want to learn more, here is the link to the paper and the associated preprints. I’ve recently written an article in Towards Data Science about our work for further information. Additionally, here are news articles about the work from the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering at Harvard University and the Branco Weiss Fellowship – Society in Science program. And, of course, here is the code for this work on GitHub and our data is available on our new database SugarBase.

Feel free to reach out if you are interested in glycan-focused machine learning!
