Write About What Is Important, Not About What Is Timely

If you’re anything like me, you’re probably tired of seeing flashy news stories. Reporting about anything recent without regard to its import. Riding the waves of popularity without respect for the aptitude and interests of their readers. I strongly believe that many people not only have the appetite but also the capabilities to consume and digest deep dives into complex but relevant topics – even if they’re currently not trending on Twitter.
